About the Company:

We are a leading construction company specializing in the execution of large-scale industrial buildings, Sheds, Commercial high-rise structures, Roads, and Infrastructure projects. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store In-charge to manage site inventory and ensure smooth material flow for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to site teams as per requisitions and maintain proper records.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stacking of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and daily material consumption logs.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
• Handle documentation for inward/outward movement of materials and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Materials Management or Civil Engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in storekeeping at construction project sites.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., ERP, Tally, etc.).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling stores for industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and documentation practices.
• Fluency in local language(s) and good communication skills.
