About the Company:

We are a leading construction company specializing in the execution of large-scale industrial buildings, Sheds, Commercial high-rise structures, Roads, and Infrastructure projects. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys using total stations, auto levels, and other surveying instruments.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and layout.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site layout drawings, levels, and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with site engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
• Mark reference points and layout lines for construction activities including foundations, columns, roads, and utilities.
• Verify alignment, elevation, and positioning of structures during and after construction.
• Maintain records of survey results and update project documentation accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all surveying activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience in land/site surveying for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments like Total Station, Auto Level, and related software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layout procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with site teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with GIS and other geospatial technologies.
