About the Company:

We are a leading construction company specializing in the execution of large-scale industrial buildings, Sheds, Commercial high-rise structures, Roads, and Infrastructure projects. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager or site engineer.
• Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and work progress.
• Ensure quality control and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in site supervision for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and site documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Civil work of PEB structures and high-rise RCC buildings.
• Fluency in local language(s) and ability to manage diverse labour teams.
