About the Company:

We are a leading construction company specializing in the execution of large-scale industrial buildings, Sheds, Commercial high-rise structures, Roads, and Infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute construction activities at the site as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, material consumption logs, and labour deployment records.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in planning and resource allocation for manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders for site updates and inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and high-rise RCC structures.
• Familiarity with modern construction technologies and equipment.
• Certification in project management or safety (e.g., PMP, OSHA) is a plus.
